This order fulfillment software is an operator prompted split case order picking software. This unique software is used to streamline the pick modules. It also has a CASI 1100 Pick Monitor which is used to pick automated feedback, thus this saves time and labor and automates the item selection process. One may also use its optional Pick to Light or voice pick interface. This inventory software can interface multi picking technologies like pick to light, pick to monitor, voice picking and others.
This unique software comes with many applications that include picking using RF scanners, voice terminals, pick to light modules, belt applications and many more. It has a split case picking, batch picking, pick to cart and paperless order picking material handling system. All the data can be exported to be used in other applications like Excel, Access or other report generators like Crystal. By using the reports and statistics included, the SolidPick provides real time statistics on picker efficiency and error rate. WAN web reporting tools can be added to it too. This can be done by using SolidWeb Reports.
